TTB retains the right to cancel any order due to non-availability of product or non-serviceable pincode; refund for prepaid orders due to cancellation will be made to customer's account within 2-3 working days by our payment aggregator partners.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Once your cancellation request is received and approved within the stipulated 24-hour window, we will initiate the refund process.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

  4. Refund Amount:

    • The refunded amount will be the total order amount minus any applicable cancellation fees, shipping charges (if any), or other charges as per our Terms and Conditions.

  5. Cancellation Fees:

    • Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the stage of order processing and production. These fees will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  6. Late Cancellations:

    • Cancellation requests received after the initial 24-hour window won't be eligible for cancellation.
