Return/Exchange policy

Welcome to Taanka - The Beginning! We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our return/exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund/Returns:
No Refunds. No Returns.  
 

Exchange:
We are happy to exchange the delivered product of same value if the wrong/damaged product was delivered to you, given that you provide us with an unboxing video and images of the product recieved. Please make sure the product is unused and in perfect condition how it was delivered to you.
Exchange Procedure:
— Please file for exchange within 3 days of the receipt of your product by reaching us at contactus@taankathebeginning.com (Tuesday to Friday 12 noon to 6pm)
— It will take up to 3 business days from our claim approval team to get it processed further.
— Customer will need to ship back the product using any courier service to our production facility, with proof of tracking details received from shipper. Once the product is received at our facility, the new product will be shipped immediately.

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for products.
  • Our stock is produced based on demand, and thus, exchanges are our primary option for customer satisfaction.
  • In cases of damages or issues caused from our end, we will bear the shipping costs for return/exchange.

Unboxing Video/Images Requirement:

  • It is mandatory to provide an unboxing video and images of the returned/exchanged products.
  • Failure to provide these visuals may impede our ability to assist you effectively.
